A total of 2, 014 people were served through group crisis intervention, 98 people were served through individual interventions and 503 people were served through training and general support.  

 

KCIT members were available at Pathways as support people for several workshops and the conference as a whole.  Members were also available at the JCJC conference as support people during the performance of "Bodies in Motion."

 

There was one incident where outreach was done, but KCIT services were not needed.

 

There were two incidents where KCIT was called and teams were put on standby, but were not deployed.

 

There were seven incidents where KCIT received calls, but it was assessed they were not appropriate for a response.  Technical assistance and referrals were given.

 

Outreach

 

11 formal presentations on KCIT were given, to a total of 253 audience members across the state, and 1 formal presentation was given to 9 audience members at a national conference.

 

34 meetings across the state were attended by members of KCIT and CROS, representing KCIT.

 

10 individual contacts were made, 7 of which were from MH/MR Disaster Response Team Coordinators looking for MOUs with KCIT.  2 face-to-face meetings were also held.

 

3 newspaper articles contained information about KCIT.
