2006 Deployments

Deployment 1-Franklin County
Deployment 2-Lancaster County

A total of 37 people were served through group crisis interventions, and 17 people were served through individual interventions.

There were two incidents where KCIT was called and teams were put on standby, but were not deployed.

A KCIT team was available at Pathways as support people for several workshops and the conference as a whole.

There were two incidents where KCIT received calls but were not appropriate for a response. Technical assistance and referrals were given.

There were three incidents where KCIT received calls, and information was provided, but services were not utilized.

Outreach 

Five formal presentations on KCIT were given including two statewide conferences.  One formal presentation was given to 19 audience members at a national conference.

KCIT provided a resource table at the PCCD Pathways for Victim Services Conference.

Fourteen meetings across the state were attended by members of CROS and KCIT, representing KCIT. 

One newsletter article contained information about KCIT.
