2007 Deployments

A total of 91 people were served through group crisis interventions, and 37people were served through individual interventions.

 

There were two incidents where KCIT was called and teams were put on standby, but were not deployed.

 

A KCIT team was available at Pathways as support people for several workshops and the conference as a whole.

 

There were three incidents where KCIT received calls but were not appropriate for a response. Technical assistance and referrals were given.

 

There were three incidents where KCIT received calls for assistance. KCIT provided technical assistance and referred to local resources for services.

Outreach 

Two formal presentations on KCIT were given including one statewide conference.  One formal presentation was given to 15 audience members at a national conference.

 

KCIT provided a resource table at the PCCD Pathways for Victim Services Conference.

 

Fourteen meetings across the state were attended by members of CROS and KCIT, representing KCIT.

 

An article about KCIT was featured in a newsletter.
