
NOVA Training Institute and KCIT Coordinator
Jamie Pfister, NOVA Training Institute and KCIT Coordinator, has committed over 13 years working in various therapeutic psychiatric programs at KidsPeace, and served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty for Global Public Health at Arcadia University teaching coursework in the Public Health Department at both the graduate and undergraduate level. She has been with NOVA since 2021. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Slippery Rock University and her Master’s in Public Health from Arcadia University.

Beth Fyffe
Training and Program Specialist
Beth Fyffe, KCIT Training and Program Specialist, is a trauma informed practitioner and has over 17 years of experience in victim services, both community and systems based. Her many years as a Direct Service Advocate for Adams County were dedicated to domestic violence and sexual assault victims of all ages. In her most recent position as a Family Counselor at TrueNorth Wellness Services, she provided in-home family co-therapy to children and their families who were at risk of out-of-home placement. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Crisis Counseling, and also a degree in Graphic Arts. Beth became a KCIT volunteer in 2013, and after time away from the team she returned in 2024 as staff.

Kelsey Dellaporte
Program Support Specialist
Kelsey Dellaporte, KCIT Program Support Specialist, holds a bachelor’s degree from Sweet Briar College in Anthropology, and has always had a strong personal and academic draw to communities in crisis and the nature of healing both socially and individually. Kelsey has a background in retail management, organizing, and administrative support within diverse teams. She spent three years as Administrative Assistant with KCIT before moving to her current role. Kelsey is committed to life-long learning on trauma, community healing, and equity as she works to support KCIT’s mission.
